Our Annual National Taxidermists Association Convention, Trade Show, & Competition is an excellent venue for vendors and hobbyists in the taxidermy industry to showcase their products and services. Booth space is first-come, first served and must be purchased through the form below.
Important: Please Read Before Purchasing!
In addition to purchasing your vendor booth space, all vendors MUST:
- Read the NTA Vendor Booth Rental Terms of Agreement and consent to the terms of agreement. You will be asked to consent to these terms when you submit your registration.
- Read the Facility Rules & Regulations provided by our event venue, Holiday Inn Executive Center. You will be asked to confirm you have read and understand these policies when you submit your registration.
- Read the Shipping Policy and Materials Handling & Storage Information provided by our event venue, Holiday Inn Executive Center. You will be asked to confirm you have read and understand these policies when you submit your registration.
- Email your Insurance Certificate at least 10 days in advance of the show to email@example.com. Need liability insurance? A date-specific policy can be purchased online from a variety of show/event insurance companies.
Booth Reservation Information:
To reserve your vendor booth, please click the button below. Booths are 8′ x 8′ and you have the option to purchase optional backboards and pipe & drape, as well as hard-wired internet or electric.
Vendor registration closes on April 15, 2024. Please ensure you have enough time to obtain your Insurance Certificate.
